As it was said before, one will never manage to be good towards all the people in the world so there is a point in trying to be kind at least towards you. Do you best in order not to neglect your own desire and not to neglect your own interests. Except the job you have to do there is also your private life and you have to care about your private life.
See, you have your own duties and your own job to do. You also have a schedule you work and live according to which. You have your own schedule and you have your time for your job and for private life. In case you do job for other people you lose your time for your private life. In this case you sacrifice your life for other people? Do you need it?
You don't, you don't need it and you don't have to do it so take your time and never waste your life for the interest of other people, for the interests of those people who never waste their time for you. They will never say you "thank you" and even if they will that "thank you" will never bring back a time you spent for them, a time you could spend for those people you love.
According to code of criminal laws it is forbidden to take something away from people. And the same thing here, people tale your time away from you and it is a crime they perform. No one has a right to theft you time no one has a right deprive you of those things you like. So, just tell them about it.
